Cancellation Policy

Appointments changed within 24 hours will be charged for the full services scheduled; Less than 48 hours notice will be charged €40 per treatment.

For cleanse packages, changes within 7 days of the start date will be charged in full; Less than 14 days will be charged 50% of the total cost.

Event participation changed within 5 days of the start date will be charged in full; Less than 10 days will be charged 50% of the total cost.

Enforcing this policy is the most unpleasant part of running a wellness practice that is otherwise focused on helping, healing and positive client interactions, but it is necessary as a courtesy to other waiting clients and to the practitioner. We do as much as possible to help clients from getting into the situation, including automatic reminder emails, making available easy online rescheduling options, making the cancellation policy transparent, easily available on the site and required reading during each booking. Please do what you need to prevent getting into this mutually disappointing situation.
