Fava beans
Salad greens (raapsteel, mustard greens, rucola)
Peas
Fennel
Rhubarb
Then substitute the following for your pasta & bread:
- Buckwheat
- Millet
- Teff
Which are drier and less Kapha provoking than wheat.
