Apple Beet Ginger Refresher
Instructions
  1. Gently steam all ingredients until you can slide a knife through.
  2. In a blender, combine ginger, beet, carrots, apple, and water… and blend!
  3. Strain juice if desired. I always encourage clients to leave the fiber, and drink that too
  4. Enjoy!!
  5. Refrigerate for up to 2 days.
