When I started the Vitality Recharge, my main concern was gallbladder stones, small ones that had been discovered.
Also, my challenge was making self-care a regular part of life, I just didn’t focus enough on it, and it affected my energy levels and fitness.
I didn’t have enough time for it because I didn’t make time for it. Then did things sporadically but it all felt urgent and pressured. For example, I didn’t make time in the morning, and it made things stressful. It affected the beginning of my day at work because was in hurry to arrive. I was nervous right from the beginning of the day.
Within the first season, I could appreciate little less overly emotional & taking things personally.

The digestion has really changed. Even a half a year ago I had quite some cramps, and now doesn’t happen anymore. It helps to have the energy to invest more at work, it gives the courage to face challenges. I can take on some extra task, rather than just trying to survive. Before it was trying to get myself ok, and now I have this extra energy for others.
I liked the sequencing of the weeks – it helped me to focus on the whole range of aspects of health which i didn’t really think about before, and make it a regular thing, and gave it structure. The fact that it’s more conscious now helps me.
My grandmother had a completely Ayurvedic way of living. You could say the course helps you get back to your grandmother’s wisdom.
A year after I started, [I’m refining the improvements. My energy clearly improved and it’s definitely thanks to the course. The gallstones became less important, I’m confident doing some prevention in between having them monitored.
I’m learning to navigate the challenge that most of the socialization of my friends revolves around drinking. I don’t want that so much myself because I feel much better and do what I promise to do, like go for runs and cycle
