It means your Ayurvedic Constitution or mind-body type, and for most of us, we weren’t raised to think such a thing even existed so it’s a bit unfamiliar to begin making changes in our lives & health-based on it!

But the rewards of really understanding your prakruti are so very worthwhile, and if you can change your nutrition, daily rhythms and activity to be in sync with your mind-body type, you’re going be great leaps ahead with disease-prevention.
