QUICK SUMMARY OF CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE POLICIES (for details see full version)

APPOINTMENTS changed or cancelled 48 hours or more in advance will receive a full refund. If you cancel/reschedule 24-48 hours in advance, you are entitled to a partial refund; and any alterations within 24 hours or less of the appointment will be charged in full.  

PROGRAM tuition will not be refunded once payment or deposit for the program has been made, a first appointment or course start has taken place (whichever comes first). Atma Ayurveda wants your full commitment before you begin, as the whole team is fully committed to your progress once you are the Company’s student/coaching client, or clinic client. If circumstances necessitate, you may delay your start date of your Treatment Program for up to 90 days from your original start date, or in the case of a Group Program or Course you may join the next group offered. Both changes incur a change fee of €150. Enrolling into a program with Atma Ayurveda entails signing the Program Participation Agreement which is a binding policy, outlining the terms of participation. 

TREATMENT programs and packages changed within 7 days of the start date will be charged in full. Less than 14 days will be charged 50% of the total cost. When more than 14 days in advance and if circumstances necessitate, you may delay your start date of your Treatment Program for up to 90 days from your original start date. In the event that a Customer doesn’t finish the series of appointments within the amount of time designated for a particular package, no refund will be made and no dates provided for the purpose of insurance declaration or any other purpose. Supplies needed for preparation and post-care are not included in the cost of the Treatment Program or Package. 

EVENT participation changed within 5 days of the start date will be charged in full. Less than 10 days will be charged 50% of the total cost.

SUBSCRIPTIONS – when a Participant is enrolled in an automatically billable Service or Program, the Participant must inform Atma Ayurveda 30 days in advance in case they want to change or terminate their subscription. Failure to do so will result in an automatic payment which is not subject to reimbursement. Change or cancellation of a subscription must be done in writing by email to info@atma-ayurveda.com.
