Simple Home Remedy to Prevent UTI’s
I’ve recently had a string of clients struggling with recurring UTI’s. They get trapped in a vicious cycle of needing to take antibiotics, which leaves an imbalance in the bacterial flora, then leaves them vulnerable to the next recurrance. It’s important to take the antibiotics if you need them.
But how can you break out of this cycle that increasingly weakens your immunity?
With recurring UTI’s it’s important to get proper medical care. Then, Ayurveda can help restore the balance by providing herbs for prevention. Ayurveda formulations can also help at the earliest signs of a UTI, and help you avoid needing to take antibiotics so frequently. Then your body has a chance to restore the healthy flora of your internal systems.
Often it takes an expert eye to help you select the right herb formulations for this, but I see that clients are able to reduce their UTI frequency. Time is an important factor, so get started as soon as you can.
Here's a natural home remedy for the urinary system
Gently cleansing the urinary system is an important starting support for the larger protocol to interrupt a pattern of UTI’s.
Although it might not be enough to treat an active UTI, and although you likely need stronger herb formulas too, you can use this recipe to get started.
Coriander Seed Decoction
Add 500ml water + 1 teaspoon coriander seeds to a pan and boil down to about 300ml. Strain.
Drink 100ml of this 3x day, before meals.
This should be paired with Ayurveda diet, cleansing and herb formulations in order to effectively correct the internal ecology contributing the a vulnerability to UTI’s, so make sure to schedule an Ayurveda Consultation now.
