Ingredients:

 

  • Potato (cubed, boiled and cooled)
  • Peas
  • Leeks (sauteed in ghee)
  • Eggless mayo
  • lemon juice
  • Olive oil
  • Plenty of chives
  • Mineral Salt

Instructions:

 

  1. Mix ingredients to taste!
